As a Field Sales Executive at V-S Consultancy , you will help drive the growth of our General Trade, A class store and Modern trade channel in Mumbai's Western suburbs, across both legacy grocery lines and our new brand-owned products. Your key role will be to develop and manage retail coverage, achieve sales targets, and implement strategic sales plans for primary and secondary distribution. Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and expand the General Trade (GT) channel network in Andheri, Bandra, Borivali, and nearby Western suburbs. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across all product lines (legacy grocery and new brands). Monitor primary and secondary sales, track KPIs, and evaluate distributor/route performance. Conduct route-wise and outlet-wise planning for product range, strike rate, penetration, and no-sale outlets. Design and execute promotional activities, sales schemes, and GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies. Drive distribution expansion with clear cost-to-sales ratio targets and performance metrics. Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility, availability, and retailer engagement. Provide timely reporting and insights on sales performance and market dynamics. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred). Prior experience in FMCG / General Trade sales or distribution preferred. Basic understanding of retail trade (kirana stores, wholesalers, semi-wholesale). Good communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a strong result-orientation. Familiarity with Mumbai's Western suburbs (Andheri, Bandra, Borivali) is a plus.
